Shipping Policy


OVERVIEW  

We offer fast shipping to the Tri-State – NJ, NY, CT Only. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24-48 processing before orders ship. Please note USPS priority is not a guaranteed service. For all International Shipping Orders, please contact us at info@franklinsteakhousefairfield.com.

Returns  

All sales are final. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a replacement for the item as well as shipping costs.

Cancellation  

All sales are final. No cancellations are excepted.

Exchanges  

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at info@franklinsteakhousefairfield.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!

At this time, all international orders are shipped via USPS OR FEDEX and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other shipping options.)

Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. We will contact you with the total shipping cost prior to processing your order. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

Franklin Steakhouse Fairfield strictly follow all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
